Chipper blades, also known as wood chipper blades, are important accessories for wood processing machinery.
Chipper blades are widely used in the preparation of materials in the production process of paper-making, pulping, wood-based panels, MDF and other industries.
At present, the scope of blade use has expanded from wood chip production, wood-based panel production, and wood processing industries to paper-making, bamboo cutting and Agricultural machinery, building materials and many other industries.
The main material of chipper blade: hub steel, 9CrSi, 55SiCr, H13, A8 and other alloy steel.
We manufacture tungsten carbide wood chipper knives/ blades, wood crusher/ shredder blades to fit all electric and diesel wood chippers.These knives are ground to high surface finish and perfectly parallel sets to minimize noise and ensure lower maintenance and longer equipment life.
