Dust Removal Equipment Pulse Bag Dust Collector For Woodworking Factory
The TBLMf pulse bag dust collector adopts advanced cylindrical bag and box structures from abroad, with a unique spraying device designed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, and high dust removal efficiency.
This machine is suitable for single machine or centralized suction dust removal in the grain and feed industries, as well as dust removal in pneumatic conveying. It is also suitable for dust recovery and treatment, filtration and dust collection in other industries.
Working principle
Under the suction of the fan, the dusty airflow enters the machine (dust chamber) from the bottom or one side of the machine. Larger dust particles settle down due to the sudden decrease in airflow speed inside the machine, while finer dust particles are blocked and adsorbed on the outer layer of the filter bag. The compressed air is used to blow back the filter bag, causing it to detach from the filter bag and settle down and be discharged together with larger dust particles outside the machine. The air purified through the filter bag is discharged from the upper outlet of the purification room.

The main structure includes the body, filter bag device, and ash cleaning system (pulse controller, electromagnetic valve, and blowing device)
