The single-tube rotary dryer is one of the most commonly used dryer machines.It is made of rotary body,lifting plate,gear,support equipment and seals and other components.
It includes three times drying system:
1.Dryer cylinder for first drying
2.Fluidized bed for secondary drying
3.Airflow gas water seperation drying system for third drying
The input raw material moisture can be 20-80%, the outlet sawdust moisture is about 12-15%.
1.Our rotary dryer equipped with explosion-proof equipment,outside covered with thermal insulation board.
2.The fire doors and fire grates all use cast iron. In the hot stove, will set firewall, so can prevent fire into the drum dryer.
3.The dryer equipped with third drying system,automatic slag removal system.
4.The electic control cabinet of dryer set input and output temperature meter,which can control the moisture according to the temperature.
5.This dryer with high production,low energy consumption,and also equipped with water tank to absorb exhaust gas,which is very environmental.
