Features of MZLH series pellet mill:
1. High precision gear driven, ring die use quick- release hoop type, efficiency higher appr.20%than compare with the belt driven type.
2. The MZLH series pellet machine use high-quality imported bearings( NSK or SKF)and seals, to ensure the transmission efficient, stable, low noise.

4. Special feeding mechanism, feeding evenness, reliable, designed for pressing light materials which density from 0.3g / cm3 to 0.6g / cm3.

1. What is your raw material?
Wood chipper, log, sawdust, or etc.?
2. What is your raw material size?
If they are too big, you need wood crusher or wood chipper. Usually if your diameter ≥150mm, you need wood chipper.
3. What is the moisture content?
Usually the best pelletizing moisture content is 13%-17%, less than 13%, you need spraying; higher than 17%, you need dryer.
4. What is the pellet diameter you want?
We can produce Φ2mm-Φ12mm etc.
5. You need automatic packing or manul packing? That is to say, you need to pack the pellets manually or automatically?
6.What is the voltage?
